• Account and authentication: email, name, profile image, sign-in provider, authentication and session identifiers
• Profile: nickname, biography, language choice, and user-provided image
• User content: events, event groups, views, translations, images, AI prompts and editing conversations, and feedback
• Service and security data: request, error, and security logs, IP address, and device or browser information
• Subscription and transaction data: Polar customer and transaction identifiers, product, payment status, subscription period, and cancellation or refund status. Andineering does not collect or store full card numbers.

Processing is based on performance of the service contract, consent where requested, legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention, and service improvement, and legal obligations including tax and dispute records.

Views, event groups, profile names or images, and content you publish can be viewed and shared by anyone online. After account deletion, public content may remain with attribution changed to ‘Anonymous.’ Review personal information and publishing rights before making content public.

When needed to provide a feature, information is transferred to the providers below over encrypted internet connections. They process it while performing the stated purpose or for contractual and legal retention periods, then delete it under their policies. Primary processing regions may change with provider infrastructure.

When you choose to purchase, Polar acts as a separate data controller under the Polar Privacy Policy. Do not place another person’s personal or sensitive data in AI input unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

Account and private content are kept while the account is active and deleted or de-identified from operational systems after a deletion request. Published views and shared event groups may remain without author identity. Payment, refund, security, fraud, dispute, webhook, revision, backup, and provider-log records may be retained for the period needed for legal obligations, legal claims, or system recovery.

Deletion begins in active systems and may be delayed in backups or processor systems until their scheduled deletion cycle. When retention purposes end, electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent ordinary recovery or are de-identified.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage for sessions, security, language, theme, and interface guidance state. We do not currently use behavioral-advertising trackers or sell personal information. Blocking storage in your browser may prevent sign-in and other core features.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or objection to international transfer. Edit your profile or delete your account in Account Settings, or contact the privacy contact for other requests. We may verify identity and assess legal exceptions before responding. Refusing a transfer required for a feature may make that feature unavailable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, authenticated sessions, encryption in transit, separation of secrets, and service logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect account compromise.

The service is not directed to children under 14 and does not permit them to create individual accounts. If you believe we collected a child’s information without required guardian consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Historical content may include war, violence, discrimination, or disasters and may not suit every age.
